SHOP PAY & AFFIRM REFUND POLICY
General Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Refunds for orders placed using Shop Pay Installments (powered by Affirm) or Affirm directly are handled according to the policies below.
Refund Window (Within 10 Business Days)
- Refund requests must be made within 10 business days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify.
- Once approved, refunds will be issued back to your Shop Pay or Affirm account.
After 10 Business Days
After 10 business days, refunds are no longer eligible. At this point:
- Your order is considered final and non-refundable.
- If you believe there is an issue, you may file a dispute or chargeback directly with Shop Pay (Affirm) or Affirm.
- Disputes are reviewed based on our posted refund policy and are not guaranteed to result in a refund.
Refunds with Affirm
- If your refund is equal to or greater than your loan balance, the loan will be closed and any extra funds returned to your original payment method.
- If your refund is less than your loan balance, you’ll continue to make payments until the loan is paid in full.
Refund Processing Times
Approved refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank and Affirm’s processing times.
